Hop aboard our new Bourbon Train Spirits on the Rail. This is a journey like no other where guests will enjoy three exquisite bourbon drinks paired with a chef-prepared four-course meal. All of this while taking in the breathtaking scenery of Western North Carolina.

Start off with a customized charcuterie board
First Course
Sweet Orange Scallop Salad-
3 Scallops over arugula with Mandarin orange slices, feta cheese and a lemon poppyseed vinaigrette drizzle.
* Sub tofu for scallops in vegetarian option.
Main Course
Option one: Braised beef short rib over red skinned garlic mashed potatoes and slaw.
Option two: Grilled portobello and eggplant slices layered over red skinned garlic mashed potatoes and slaw.
Basket of spicy corn muffins & butter served with meals.
All options are gluten free without rolls. Slaw contains soybean products.
Dessert
Peach Bread Pudding with a house made bourbon glaze.
